12 Charges DISMISSED, Client Released From Jail

DA dismisses 12 of 13 alcohol-related charges

Client was held in custody on eight cases on the following charges: 9 counts of Penal Code 647(f)(public intoxication); one count of Health & Safety Code 11350(a)(possession of a controlled substance); one count of Penal Code 148(a)(1)(resisting arrest); and a count of Penal Code 602(m)(trespassing). At the negotiation, the DA agreed to dismiss 12 of 13 charges. In the end, Client pled No Contest to one count of being drunk in public and was released from jail that same day.
